Our Wines

 True Old Vine Zinfandel is a structured red wine that has an  intense boldness, depth, and flavor with firm tannins making this a  powerhouse on the palate! Zinfandel is generally a high alcohol wine  that is silky, soft, and super fresh with complex fruit character of  blackberry, plum and black cherry accented with hints of earth, vanilla  and pepper. The old vines impart elegant, intense tannins that provide  excellent structure for this full-bodied wine. 

This 2019 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of  caramel, cocoa and mild oak. This is a medium bodied wine that boasts layers of black currant and dark plum with roasted pepper and hints

of peppercorn on the finish. The mouthfeel is round, elegant, and well-balanced.

Our 2018 Syrah is a big-bodied, dry red wine that tends to shine its brightest on the opening palate. Syrah's violet and velvety elegance is backed by big fruit and crunchy spice. Pairs well with barbecue, grilled meats and vegetables, pork, tuna, steak, lamb and braised chicken.

Light and refreshing with vibrant flavors of ripe green apple, citrus zest and bartlett pear on the palate. This wine's finish is crisp, balanced and delicate with lingering notes of lively lime zest. Sauvignon Blanc pairs well with seafood, appetizers, briny cheeses, summer salads, and grilled chicken. 

Our 2022 Pinot Gris is light in body with a crisp, refreshing taste. The wine is fruit forward with notes of yellow apple, pear and white peach with a nice clean finish, with fragrant aromas of orange blossom and white florals on the nose. Pinot Gris hits the spot with spicy food. Pairs well with lighter dishes, seafood, salads, chicken, fish and pasta.

Our Chardonnay is a delightfully pleasing wine, with citrus &  green apple notes on the nose & finishes with nuances of fruit, florals & a refreshing, lemony expression on the palate. A light  touch of oak aging helps retain the fruit-forward expression of  Chardonnay, while also adding a nice silkiness to the wine. Our  Chardonnay pairs wonderfully with lighter, fresh foods such as  Caesar salad, poached salmon, or grilled chicken.

This ruby red Off-Dry Rose` is primarily made of Pinot Noir grapes with soft floral notes of cherry blossoms and red rose tea. Soft acidity with a crisp, lingering fruit forward finish. This food friendly wine pairs well with spicy foods, sushi, charcuterie, melons, rinded cheeses and brie. Suitably named after the Colorado Rocky Mountains,known for its al fresco-friendly sipping style; it is to be enjoyed 

while watching the sun slowly fading in the Western skies and on 

warm Summer days. 

Big and powerful; the Italian varietal Primitivo is a rich and luscious fruit driven wine primarily red and black fruit - 

blackberry, cherry and plum, with toasty notes of oak, allspice,vanilla and an integrated smoky, peppery spice. The

palate is full, with a balanced vibrant acidity and beautifully rich and smooth tannin that lingers throughout with a rich

opulent finish.

Our Barbera, while very dark in color, is actually quite light in taste. This Wine has flavors of cherries, strawberries and raspberries, and can have intense aromas of blackberries as  well. Our Barbera is very low in mouth-drying tannins and  high in acidity, which makes it the perfect wine to pair with  rich foods.

2022 Symphony is a light refreshing wine with floral characteristics on the palate, with notes of citrus, mild sweetness and acid. Dominant aromas include hints of 

honeysuckle, ginger and subtle stone fruit characteristics like that of apricot.The finish is a lingering mineral-like flavor.

Our 2022 Viognier is lively and vibrant with stone fruit characters alongside a fragrant floral bouquet. Crisp and

multi-layered with notes of orange blossom, nectarine, peach , and Asian pear, alongside more delicate hints of 

honeysuckle. It has a graceful finish with fresh acidity, minerality and subtle spice hints.

2021 Merlot - Woa.....That's A Merlot!  Merlot counts as a full-bodied wine, but is easy to drink due to subtle amounts 

of tannins, contributing to a silky, fruit forward taste. Complex notes of red and black berry fruit, currants, cherries and plums. Lightly oaked in French barrels, this wine marries unique elements of weet, smooth, smokey and spice; contributing to a flavor profile all on it's own.
